Seetha Chittar

I have worked with Seetha over and over again on the sale of my families estate, which included multiple properties in West Seattle, Green Lake and Ballard. Her knowledge of not only real estate but quirks of each neighborhood and the different construction types of each property were invaluable. Her ability to work along side our family estate attorneys, financial advisors and others helped make things flawless. She is someone my whole family runs to for real estate advice! We will always recommend her.

Seetha is fantastic. She made the whole experience of becoming a homeowner easy and natural. She goes above and beyond and can help you make your dreams a reality. Im looking forward to her, helping us with income properties down the line and would happily recommend her to friends and family. Dont pass up the opportunity to work with Seetha!

Seetha provided us with the flawless experience and selling and then buying a house during a tight period in the market. we always felt like her number one priority. She marketed our home to ensure quick sale and insured we knew the risks and benefits of each new home we reviewed even helping us understand a whole new area in the region and guiding our winning bid strategy. I highly recommend her!

Seetha is amazing she worked with us through the entire process from ideation to planning to staging and listing! Not only is she great to work with but she truly knows the market. She did a thorough market analysis that gave us the confidence to list our home and sizzling hot market before we found something new we cant recommend Seetha highly enough and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
