Sergey has helped my family buy our home and sell my mother-in-law's house in the last few months. He is knowledgable about the real estate market and he gives good counsel for our decision-making in real estate. His negotiable skills helped us tremendously to have our offer be accepted by the seller in this competitive market. His intelligence, problem-solving skills and hard-working mentality made the otherwise complicated and impossible house-selling process a possibility for my mother-in-law. Sergey was really helpful and went way beyond what was expected. He answered my phone calls every time, it did not matter if it was a late at night, early in the morning or weekends. At first we were looking at a different neighborhood, but Sergey showed us a different alternative that was going to fit out criteria better, and it did! We needed a quick move and Sergey was their for us and helped us make it possible. I would not go for any other agent than him, he did great for us and thanks to him my wife and newly baby have a home!

Summary: We first put our home up for sale (with a different agent, not Sergei) immediately after the school year started, and though we had a number of showings over the course of 3 weeks, we had no bids. Everything began turning around when a friend introduced us to Sergei, who immediately brought a wealth of market-savvy, enthusiasm, and ideas for how we could improve the attractiveness of our property. We decided to take some risks, perform some additional renovations, and put the house up for sale through Sergei at perhaps one of the most challenging periods to sell during the year (between Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays). I feared that the dip in real estate traffic because of the holidays and the growing number of COVID infections would be too much to surmount, but Sergei was simply AMAZING. Before Sergei: We put the house up for sale at market value, with many showings but no bids. We tried lowering the price so much that our asking price was ~20K less than what we paid for the property at the market peak in 2006, and we had performed numerous upgrades since then. But it was the best we thought we could get, and we were under a lot of pressure to sell the property because we had already moved into our second home and were paying two mortgages, watching our savings dwindle away month by month. We didn’t know what to do. After Sergei: Working with Sergei, we made a number of improvements on the house, put the house back on the market, and sold the property for 40K more than what we would have sold the property for at our previous asking price. This price was 20K more than what we paid for the property back in 2006 (an actual profit!), which was something we did not think would even be possible based on our earlier experience trying to sell the house just months earlier. By the time we completed thorough preparations under his mentorship, we were able to sell the house in a matter of just over a weekend. What made the difference? Sergei met us at the house, walked us through the strengths and weaknesses of our position, and came prepared with information on comparative properties in the area. He was open and up-front with us on what we needed to do in order to attract more interest, which included a recommendation to finish the basement. This was a hard decision, since we were already financially very tight, but we borrowed some money from family to implement all of the changes Sergei recommended, and we are SO GLAD that we did. It was Sergei who helped us develop a vision of our property’s potential. He was upbeat and positive at a time we were feeling discouraged and his winning mindset was both inspiring and contagious. He was an immense support every step of the way through the implementation of needed changes. When we demonstrated to him that we were ‘all in,’ he matched and even exceeded our commitment to selling the house quickly and for top dollar. He launched a multi-pronged social media campaign and leveraged his impressive network of other real estate agents to maximize exposure. He helped us stage the house, plan the most impactful changes to add value, acquire fantastic photography, and printed full-color professional prints for the open house. Sergei gave us outstanding advice and personal attention at critical points in our selling journey, throughout the preparation process and beyond. His dynamism and magnetic personality was both productive and fun to work with. He kept us and everyone else in the process accountable and on an aggressive schedule without being obnoxious or overly pushy (it was almost as if he got along better with our neighbors than we did, despite us having lived with them for 15 years!) His innovative and entrepreneurial spirit helped us stand out from the crowd and capitalize on the best aspects of our property. We happily credit him for helping us sell the house at a fantastic price point, acting as a friend and trusted counselor from start to finish. In our minds, he earned every penny of his commission and more. We heartily recommend Sergei’s services to anyone!

Sergey is a very professional and outstanding agent. He fully supports his clients during the entire process of purchasing a house. He helped my wife, and I find our townhouse and close the settlement just in two weeks. Sergey is super responsive and very flexible. He usually responds within an hour even during holidays. I had to back off from one of my offers and he made it happen as smooth as possible. His contacts are great as well. Sergey introduced a loan officer who provided me with the best rate and could complete my finances in two weeks. First and foremost the energy that exudes from Sergey is outstanding. He guided me through the process as I was a first-time home buyer and as a Veteran. Sergey was very patient and knowledgeable. He also took the time no matter the time of day and responded to any questions that I had. Another great part of working it Sergey is his network with Home Inspectors, Lenders and Title companies. I was able to close in about 30 days using a VA loan. He was also able to negotiate with the seller and have the major items fixed on the sellers behalf. I will be using Sergey again to purchase a rental property in the near future. Sergey goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy.
