although we are sad to let our house go, we are very happy with how smooth the process was. Sergio took care of EVERYTHING for us. He was literally there for every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Sergio. I’m so glad I came across his yelp reviews. My house was just about two months away from going into foreclosure. My situation was complicated and dire. The house needed all kinds of work and I didn’t have the funds to take care of issues. I contacted Sergio and told him about all of the hurdles ahead and asked if he was up to the challenge. He showed up the very next day at my house with a portfolio of projections and a plan to get it sold quickly. Somehow he was able to save me from financial ruin, selling the house just before it was going to be auctioned off. A few years ago I bought a condo around UCR; I've done my undergraduate there, was a few years into my doctorate, and wanted to live closer to UCR without paying those ridiculous rent costs. Sergio is an excellent realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were VERY nervous about the entire process.
