  • Seth and I connected, but did no business

Seth and his client insisted on scheduling a 10:30 private showing on the same SUNDAY as an open house. After declining the original showing, we worked to accommodate Seth and his client by rescheduling to 12 noon. Seth and his client showed up at the property before 11:30. After greeting him at the front door, I explained that we would need a few minutes to get out of the house. Seth was understanding, however while leaving the house, we realized that Seth and his client had left without saying a word. When we contacted him, his excuse was centered around his clients being in a rush. This is just unacceptable. Whether his clients really were being difficult, Seth needs to work on his manners. Leaving without saying a word is extremely unbecoming of someone who has apparently been in the industry for almost 15 years. We ran around like idiots scrambling because we were not expecting them for another 40 minutes. They did not even wait until 12, leaving at around 11:45. Don't schedule for showings that you know your client can't hold. It's extremely disrespectful to the homeowner. Seth should practice more with rental properties before dealing with homes that cost half a million dollars.
