Seth was very patient and kind. I'm so thankful to have had him introduce me to the housing market. Since I was buying my first condo, I had no experience with mortgages or writing offers, but Seth offered excellent advice. I also sincerely appreciated how honest he was without being pushy. I felt like I could trust that his opinion was genuine, but he gave me space to make the final call. He responded quickly to my emails, texts, and phone calls, and kept me up to speed while we made offers and counter offers galore.

We had a difficult property to sell. Seth kept us on track and communicated everything that was happening. We liked that Seth used many different methods (online, open house, apps) to sell our home. Seth and his team had a plan from the beginning and needed adjustments were made quickly. He offered lots of suggestions. He responded to all our communications very quickly. He did a fantastic job and we are very glad we had him on our side.

Seth made selling my home so much easier than I had expected. He prepared all the paperwork, lined up the photographer, and got my home on the market quickly.
