I cannot speak more highly of Seth Russell! Whether it be a house visit on Saturday or in the middle of rush hour traffic, Seth was always accommodating and with a flash light in the darker days of winter. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Seth and would immediately hand out his contact info to our friends and family.

Seth Russell was very professional and honest when working with me on a short sale. He went out his way many times to make sure I understood the process. The house sold with no problems. This could only happen when you are working with someone who truly understands what they are doing.

I had been remolding my home which I lived in for 12 years, a new kitchen, new bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, air conditioning, windows, fresh paint inside and out, new gutters the list goes on and on. Seth is THE MAN when it comes to getting work done. I have dealt with many people in this industry and never have I seen someone with such tenacity and attention to detail as Seth. He gets the job done, and quick. Nothing worse than having someone working for you who doesn't return phone calls, emails, and is slow to get paperwork done. Seth definetely is NOT THAT MAN. We used Seth to sell our property in Hillsboro a few months back, and he got it done..... quick! Everybody told me it was a long and tedious process, not with Seth.
