Chad helped me sell my Detroit home back in 2011 and my home in Saint Clair Shores in 2019. Chad and his team are very impressive. The reason I hired Chad in 2019 was I remembered what a great job he did and how well things worked out back in 2011. Even though my house had gone into foreclosure Chad was able to help me through the process and things worked out way better than I expected they would. We had a great experience working with the Chad

Was not very satisfied with Chad. Would have liked much more in terms of communication from him concerning the process and updates, as selling homes are not something people do everyday. He was very organized with the first meeting, however none of the procedures or updates that he went over at the first meeting were ever given. Was not even at my closing. I am sure he is good at what he does, but he could communicate with his clients a lot more than he does and provide the attention that they would be expecting from him.
