- Shahla helped me buy a home
Shahla did not inform me that my home had a termite warranty that needed to be transferred into my name. I received a bill for almost $300 to renew termite coverage that I did not know I had. Of course I paid it to have the coverage but it would have been nice if she communicated with me to let me know I had this service that needed to be transferred. Very dissatisfied.
