We met Shameran at an open house. We were nowhere close to ready in buying a home which we mentioned. She still took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. We saved Shameran's card on our fridge knowing we would want to work with her when the time came which it did 6 months later. Fast forward, 2 years we moved to WA 1 week after our second baby was born. Knowing this, she took care of EVERYTHING- movers, junk removal, staging, etc. Her market knowledge is spot on.
