First of all, Shana made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. She is very knowledgeable and helped us sell other items, not just the house. I thought my house looked really good, but her teams photos and videos made it look even more classy and elegant than I thought it was. The rest of her team were great- timely, communicative and oh so helpful. And her list of resources to help get some things fixed were top notch. If I could 6 stars I would for Shanas negotiation skills. She really fought to help buyers see my homes value. I just cant praise the whole team Shana has put together enough. This is the first time I have sold a home where I felt the Agent was really in it for me and not her own pay day.

We were a first time home buyer and very particular about what we wanted. And when you are a first timer, it takes some time before you really know what you actually want in a home. But, our experience with Acquisto has been phenomenal. We worked with Susan and we couldnt have asked for anything more. But, Susan always showed patience and was always available whenever we wanted to view the house. She would meticulously walk us through pros and cons for every house so that we could make informed decisions.Even after our offer was accepted, we had some unusual issues come up and Susan was always on top of the things. Her actions and negotiations were always in our best interest and it almost felt like as if she is one who was buying the house for us. She even took a keen interest in the upgrades that we want to do and also made herself available when the contractor showed up. I know this is not part of her job but she still did. Most Highly Recommended! Shana is a real estate marketing professional of the highest order. There is so much more that goes into marketing a home than simply taking a few pictures and listing it in MLS something anyone with a license can do. Shana and her team went far beyond that. They developed a plan to market our home: an honest assessment of our homes marketability, suggestions to improve its appeal, outstanding photography, multi-channel marketing, regular communication, and an outstanding support team that treated us like family. Shana was also there when we negotiated with the builder for our new, smaller home. She asked the questions we didnt know to ask and got us more value than we would have received on our own. She even helped us with the design process to consult about the upgrades that add the most value (and also do a little marriage counseling through the processlol). She has been to every builder meeting, even pointing out things that we didnt see during the walkthrough. Im not sure how Shana gets 25 hours of work into a 24-hour day but she does.

I was so blown away by Mikes knowledge of the area, and feel so tremendously grateful to have had him on my side during my property hunt. He went above and beyond what I wouldve expected. Ive learned so much about real estate investment because of Mikes guidance and wisdom.
