Shana Arnold

Shana is a rare Atlanta native. Having grown up in Cobb County in a thread mill village that dates back to 1930’s, her love and respect for historic homes and neighborhoods began at any early age. She has lived in-town for over 15 years in such communities as Midtown, East Atlanta, Ormewood Park and Grant Park. She currently resides in Chosewood Park. Having over a decade of real estate experience, she has extensive knowledge of in-town neighborhoods and market trends. Her main goals to provide invaluable experience and guidance during one of the biggest purchase we make. She has proven negotiating skills and excels at providing knowledgeable, honest and dependable service. She is also a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association® Shana is an active volunteer with Trees Atlanta. She enjoys yoga, traveling, gardening and spending time with her husband, two dogs and seven chickens.
