We had a somewhat specific criteria of what we wanted and a limited budget. We decided to work with Shana because she was the only realtor, out of 5 or so that we talked to, that would entertain the idea making it work.During our search we were at times disappointed with the limited options, size, and conditions of the houses available in the market. She kept an eye out for us and gave us our space to wait out better options.When a couple of interesting options became available she was ready to help even bringing along people form her team that had an additional specific experience. We were looking at a fixer and her team member had been a general contractor.At some point we introduce the idea of buying a lot and building a new home. She was able to pivot with us with ease advising us on couple lots, and, again, a member of her team talked to us about her experience with building a home, builders, and such. At the end of it all, we ended up with almost exactly what we were looking for and stayed in the budget.

We used Shana to virtually buy a house, as we are relocating to Washington. She has been amazing to work with and does a great walk through to show us the houses virtually. Shes been so responsive, knowledgeable and kind. We would recommend Shana to anyone, especially if your relocating from out of state.

Shana is a very dedicated agent and will stick with you no matter the length of time it takes to purchase your home. She's very good at her job and will always work with you to update you on the steps needed to succeed in your home purchase.
