I cannot recommend Shana highly enough! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She was with us from day one of the listing to the very end when closing occurred. We used Shana selling 5.5 acres up Kaliwai Ridge. Everything went just as she predicted. She knows the area extremely well and has good working relations with most of the other local agents. This was important as she was able to talk to other agents that had people looking for land which they might not have seen based on the parameters in their search. In the end we sold it for what she thought in the time frame she predicted. It was a good experience with positive results
