Shane is a great guy to work with if you plan to by a house. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He was able to navigate us through the challenge of buying a home from 2100 miles away under the pressure of some major time constraints, and after the purchase he kept his eye on the house until we were finally able to take occupancy. He provided transportation to and from the airport, ferrying us around on one of our two trips out to Eugene and made himself available on July 4th. Shane went the extra mile following closing by buying and installing the remote for our garage and helped us find someone to remove a metal closet and other casualties of our move.
