Shane was amazing to work with and I strongly recommend working with him. As a first time homebuyer, we had many questions about the process. Shane was patient and prepared, providing us with a detailed overview of the processes and costs at the beginning, and then promptly responded to questions as they arose. We love our new home and if we move again, we will certainly be working with Shane.

Shane is the absolute most impressive realtor we have dealt with yet - and we have bought and sold at least 15 homes on the East Coast over the years. Shane helped us buy two apartments in DC and sell one, and each experience has been phenomenal. He fully understands our needs and then fights on our behalf so we get the best deal possible - even to the last $500. We will not consider working with anyone else - in fact, working with other realtors in other cities where we have properties has become problematic because we hold them to Shane's standard. Shane is exceptional - anticipates all your needs, helps you hire the most competent professionals addressing all aspects of the purchase, and stays on top of every issue that might come your way.

Our experience with Shane was amazing. We staged the apartment, but Shane put his own touches, which made the apartment look very beautiful. He hired a top-notch photographer and was present for every single visit and bought and served food and drinks at the one open house we had - because of Shane's impressive skills, we only needed a single open house. (A very similar apartment in our building stayed on the market for almost a year and at a lower price - they didn't have Shane as their realtor.) Shane is the absolute most skilled realtor in D.C. , without any exaggeration. We have bought and sold with him and will do so again when we are ready for another upgrade.
