Shannan Lareau

I am a Southern California native; grew up in Mission Viejo and attended Capistrano Valley High School. Growing up my dad had an enthusiasm of open houses and this is where I developed my passion for real estate. In 2003 I decided to quit my job, sell my home, and move to Las Vegas to pursue my dream of being a Realtor. As luck would have it I jumped into the market at the perfect time.... I often wondered why everyone didn't sell real estate? The market was fun and exciting!
