After graduating from Florida A & M University, she went on to fill several executive leadership roles. This gave her the opportunity to work alongside the best clinical and medical teams in South Florida where she learned from the most knowledgeable and influential individuals in the industry. She took the knowledge she gained over the years and began a consulting firm, aiding in DCF licensure and compliance.
