We received multiple offers on our home within 48 hours of us listing. Unfortunately, the first contract fell through. We received another offer once we went back on the market. This buyer had a difficult lender, but Shannon stayed on top of the lender to make sure our home closed. It wasnt on the scheduled date, but Shannon did all she could to make sure our home did close and make things as smooth as possible under the circumstances. She also got us into our new home on the day it was listed and insured our offer was competitive enough to top their multiple offers while getting us credits for repairs. Have so many good things to say about Shannon, and Im not only happy to recommend her to my friends but happy to call her a friend now too!

Shannon was an awesome realtor!! She was always available whenever we needed her. She took us to look at houses at the drop of a hat. She drove us to any area to look at houses and did not complain about anything. She knew the answer to all the questions we asked of her. She was quick to sell our house too. When we had someone come see our house she gave us plenty of notice. She came over numerous times to turn on lights and she even took our dog on walks to get him out of the house! Shannon is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! I would recommend Shannon to anyone. She is by far the best realtor and we couldnt have been more pleased with her work. When she found our new home she knew it was the perfect house for us. She was amazing in every way!

Shannon went above and beyond. She helped us do some fix up to get our house ready to list. She even came over and helped clean while we were moving out. She is not scared to get dirty.

She has an excellent eye for changes that can be made to a home and the ability to relate those changes in a way that I can envision them. She knows the markets and how to price an offer in those markets. She is tops in her field, very professional and friendly - and not pushy, a major plus in my opinion! Although we have not yet found the perfect home for me, she is my realtor of choice and has also become a wonderful friend!
