My wife and I want to thank you for the long hours you put in on our behalf; we felt your service was the right combination of compassion, courtesy and professionalism with regards to such a difficult and life-affecting event for us. Should you ever need a letter of recommendation from previous customers regarding your business or service, please contact us. Thanks again,

Hi Shannon,Thank you! You did a great job! I will definitely use you again.

I have heard nightmares about the short sale process, and you were a "DREAM". You always answered my calls or returned my voice mails right away. When we spoke, you were on top of things and happy to be of assistance. Amazingly, my house is going to close and I have no doubt that is due in part to you. Thank you so much for your assistance.
