Shannon Pansmith

Shannon was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the process of home buying. This was my first home purchase so it meant a lot to have a patient and experienced realtor by my side. She was also very responsive when I reached out to her with questions along the way. I felt that she made my purchase a priority and never tried to push me into anything I didn't feel was a right fit for my needs.

As a first time home buyer we were fairly new to the whole process. I am also picky on who I deal work with. I talked with another agent, and after asking basic questions like why I should work with them and how they would help us a first time home buyers, I got answers such as 'I recently bought my first home and because of my mom's real estate career' I felt like our interests were not theirs.After that my wife and I talked with a couple worker and gother Shannon's name. The first call to her put me at ease. She was more interested in us and our needs than anything. The first week we looked at 5 homes. She gave us the time we needed and got to know us. From the homes we looked at she helped us understand her honest thoughts on the house. She actually talked to us as though it was going to be her own house. She was great to work with and very open.
