I'd like to share my recent experience while working with Shannon Paschall. I have nothing but good things to say about Shannon. Her dedication, work ethic, and willingness to get the job done far exceed the other agents I've worked with in the past. Notwithstanding the problems we encountered with closing a deal on a purchase, due to no fault of her own, Shannon went above and beyond her normal duties, and made a significant difference when the dust cleared. We ended up closing the deal on time, and I owe much of the success to Shannon. She is very pleasant to work with, and I would (and will) recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch agent, who clearly stands out from the rest.

Shannon is beyond amazing! I highly recommend her to absolutely ANYONE in the market for a home, especially for the meticulous first-time home buyer like myself! Throughout the past six months, Shannon has been beyond extremely patient with us in finding our dream fixer upper. She has been there with us, guiding us every step of the way. Shannon and the team were awesome from the initial meeting when shopping around for who to work with to aid us to purchase our first home. Best realty company in virginia!!! Let me start off with I live out of state california to be exact. When I started shopping around for a real estate agent in virginia I was very nervous because of the distance. I had a terrible management company that was managing my house at the time and Shannon who was my real estate agent made my life so much easier! On a couple occasions she even drive over to my house to check on it for me. She was very prompt with all my concerns. I dont think there was one time where I called her and she didnt return my call within an hour. She was on top of everything even when things werent going in our favor she was there to reassure me that everything was ok! She truly went above and beyond and if it hadnt been for her I dont think i would have been able to sell my house as quickly as we did!!!

Last year my family decided it was time to start looking for a new home because we were outgrowing our current house. We spent several months looking and after no success we decided to take a break. After the new year started we planned on giving it another go but this time with a new approach. We started looking on Zillow like a lot of families do, and one day I saw a great house and reached out through Zillow for an agent to give us some details about the property. Shannon was one of the first responders and from our first interactions through text, I could tell she was going to helpful and help us find the home we were looking for. Even though the first house we looked wasn't it we knew we were in good hands. She continued to show her knowledge of the market and real estate. We made a lot of fun memories looking at houses, dragging the kids a long but she was always there with great advice and lollipops to entertain my boys. What I most appreciated about Shannon was her ability to keep things simple. As an out-of-state, and first-time, home seller, getting my house sold seemed like a daunting task. And until I met her, it was, actually. I interviewed several agents who were able to tell me everything about CMAs, comps, market conditions and trends, but nothing about the value of my house. They knew everything I could do to make my house easier to sell, but nothing about how they could help me to sell it, aside from listing it in the MLS. But I wasnt just looking for someone with a real estate license; I was looking for someone whom I could trust to go that extra mile and be my eyes and ears while I was out of state. That meant someone who was honest, always available to answer my questions, and could occasionally even do things that would fall beyond the scope of an agents duties, such as forward my mail to me. And Shannon was that person. Right from the outset, she laid out a game plan explaining how she could accommodate my specific needs as an out-of-state seller and detailing exactly what she would do to sell my house and how much she would sell it for. And she didnt fail to deliver. She presented me with an offer that was effectively equal to the full asking price within 24 hours of listing the house, and the transaction closed three weeks later. Considering how many real estate agents there are out there, I feel like hit the jackpot when I came across Shannon. Its an understatement to say that she exceeded my expectations, and I cant recommend her enough.

Shannon helped me and my wife buy a new home and sell our home.
