Shannon was pushy. If I didn't like the property an said "Im good" She would continue to try selling me the home..I told Shannon I wanted another agent after that happened multiple times. She's her own broker an she refused to release me to another agent that wasn't affiliated with her.. Shannon didn't show up for closing either. She was very nice an knowledgeable in regards to everything. An she did make time to show me everything I requested to see. But your realtor is supposed to work for their client. Honestly I didn't feel that was the case. I felt trapped..

Shannon was extremely knowledgeable an patient with me as I can be indecisive about major purchases such a a home. We looked at several Shannon always made time. I wasn't a big fish either. After Id made my purchase I called Shannon for advice two years later an she was there for me.. That says alot. Ive purchased a few homes Shannon by far was the most knowledgeable an had the most quality contractor contacts.
