I was very happy with the real estate services Shanon Tully provided. She was extremely knowledgeable from the beginning of the sale process (THROUGH) the closing. On her initial visit to my condo, she went through the place with meticulous detail and told me item by item what needed to be removed and what needed to be moved into a better location. She found a painter for me to do some repair work to the walls and even told me what the proper height of my chandelier should have been over the dining room table. She helped me stage my entire condominium and even let me borrow furniture pieces so I wouldn't have to spend extra money to finish the rooms completely. And talk about going the extra mile for her clients! When my sister visited me she let herself in the condo when no one else was there and accidentally locked herself out onto the balcony. No one was available to get her (BACK INSIDE) and so Shanon came to the rescue and was able to get over there quickly to let her in from the balcony.It didn't matter what questions we had or what we needed, Shanon was always available to answer them and to get us whatever was required. She consistently answered all my calls and emails within in an hour. Even though I only owned my condominium for a year before I sold it, Shanon, through her expert negotiation skills, was able to get me more than $20,000 ADDITIONAL MONEY ABOVE what I paid for the place.
