Shantell Narcisse

Shantell is very unprofessional and lack customer service skills as a dual agent. Day 1: I submitted Pre approval letters to agent Shantell and made an offer on a house. The buyer accepted my offer and signed the contract prior to me viewing the home. The house then went into pending status. Things are flowing smoothly. On day 2: Shantell requested an accepted contract from my lender and has not made herself available to meet me at the home for a viewing. I called my lender, lender advised I view the home before they approve the contract. I informed agent Shantell. Shantell stated I was wasting her time and making her loose money because the house was in pending status. Shantell stated, I’m holding up the process and she would take the house out pending status so she can continue to accept other offers. She then sent me an email to resigning agent representation. I simple wanted to view the home, granted I’ve never been inside of the house. Not to mention we had a 5k buyers commission in the deal as well. So yes, I’m in a contract and my agent fired me! Lol, I will seek legal counsel.
