She advised me to wait before accepting and two days later we had another offer, which led the original buyer to increase his offer. Within 3 days we had a contract at a price higher than my asking price! Shanti was helpful navigating the closing process too. She kept me aware of what was going on with the buyer. A few days before the closing I had to leave town due to a family emergency. I was able to verify the closing documents in advance, and then Shanti attended the closing and signed on my behalf.
