Shaojun, "Shawn", mislead us into renting an obscenely overpriced home in poor condition. We initially trusted him in good faith regarding the residence, and as soon as we began moving in, habitability issues continued revealing themselves! When addressing such issues, Shawn took little notice and stated without taking any accountability or responsibility about how the problems existed before he bought the property! He had no intention to spend a penny, and deceived us into renting the property (I'm not exaggerating when I express the severity of damage underlying the home. We encountered the very worst imaginable, mold being only the first of many horrors). He expects unreasonably priced rent for a rundown broken property without insulation or weather stripping, broken dry rotten tiles where grout is gone or loose and falling out, mildewed leaky roofing that sealed into the ceiling visibly, cemented bath drains, electrical issues that causes the power to short all the time, appliances barely functioning, dirty water, and shall I even continue?! Homees comparably priced are in top notch conditioning in any other case. Shawn Pang's personally owned rental homes, from our experience, are a huge scam sold by methods of blatant and shameless pontification. I hope families heed this warning and don't fall into the same victimized set of circumstance. This realtor passively dishes out false information with intent to profit unreasonablely and unethically off of innocent and unassuming families. Finding his name within this list truly baffles me!
