January 24, 2019 Greetings Mr. Mauricio,In my life time, I have experienced very specific things that are carved out in my memory as epic victories. I have heard people say that buying or selling a house is right up there with getting married, having your first baby, or finishing college; and I use to sayreally? But now, I can truly join the cloud of witnesses that attest to this fact. The recent sell of my Tarragon property is now my personal point of reference as one of the greatest challenges in life due to the impeding circumstances involved. If I could not have secured the right agents to move this property, I stood to lose all my investments. I was down to nothing with everything hinging upon the sale of this house. I had 6 agents during this process. If it had not been for the teamwork and expertise of Guy and Sharon, I could have never experienced the peace that I have now. I started out with my house being overpriced due to trusting my first agents pricing. My house was also a niche house. I experienced 2 deaths in the family during this time, last minute massive plumbing issues, and the list goes on.
