Sharon listed our home way too high and none of the comps she showed us to justify the price were in our neighborhood. So our house sat and sat and sat. We had to continue reducing the price. We eventually asked to switch agents, and the house still did not sell because it was priced too high and the market started to change. We missed the peak season to sell the house but had it been listed at the correct, competitive price to start, the house would have sold quickly.

Sharon did an outstanding job selling our house. She went above and beyond to make selling our home not only stress free but also easy. She communicated with us consistently through the selling process. Her knowledge and expertise of the market and demographics was impressive. She made an effort to stage the house effectively and found a solid buyer. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust and depend on you need Sharon Carducci. It is obvious that she is passionate about what she does.

I made an offer of $200.000 on a unit at 33 Mill Street MillPoint condos. Sharon laughed and said "I don't think they'll accept that" the unit languished for awhile, SHE then purchased the unit for $150,000. VERY unethical!!!

Sharon was rude and unprofessional in every way. She had no caring and bulldozed her way through the sale process. I do not recommend doing business with her.

Sharon was the buyer's agent on a home that we just sold. Sharon was rude, unprofessional, and difficult to work with. Even the simple activity of scheduling the closing and the walk-through became a contentious and adversarial task. I can't imagine why anyone would want to work with this woman.
