I spent two decades in business professionally selling and negotiating multi-million dollar business to business contracts, Then I bought a house. My house was very dated but after making some minor cosmetic changes and seeing the value appreciate 60% in three years I decided to make a mid-life career change and go into real estate full time.
I like homes that are located in under valued pocket neighborhoods close to the 610 Loop. My favorite period of construction is the 1950's. The 1950's period was before builders started to cut back on materials and quality. Every home was built with hardwood floors, wood moldings and copper plumbing. 1950 style homes update with minor cosmetic changes and that translates into value.
In addition to being a realtor I am also a licensed loan officer. I originate loans for my clients providing a "ONE STOP SHOP" approach!
