I found Sharon through a third party Real Estate investing forum called BiggerPockets. I liked her participating in the forums (she was extremely detailed and helpful in her responses towards other forum members and showed knowledge in the field). I reached out to get a better understanding of her realty practice and told her what I was looking for in a new home.Long story short, we decided to work together because I trusted her knowledge and skill set, and most importantly her commitment to find me a property that checked all the boxes. It ended up being 10x easier and smoother an experience than I could have possibly anticipated in my first home buying experience.Every property showing I wanted, she got me in ASAP. Her communication through text/call was as good as it gets, and she answered every (dumb) question I had without any reservation or annoyance. The transaction itself, once I found the place, was with minimal hiccups, and even then we got through them without any issue because of the communication and urgency we had. Even after the transaction, she continued to check up on me to ask how progress on renovations and such were going, and referred some great professionals my way.My testimony itself would be that Sharon is an excellent realtor who would work well with any motivated home buyer/seller in achieving their real estate related goals.

Sharon is the best realtor ever. She makes everyone feel special even if you have a condo and not that much money. She treats everyone like they are buying a million dollar house.So friendly and she gets to work right away showing property. She is the one to call to find the best property available. I was in a rehab facility and she showed property to my daughter and son in law. She is simply amazing. She also helped us with a number to call a handyman and movers to help us unload our items from a truck. She was at the closing with us and was very calming as we had to wait.Thank you for Sharon !

A class act! Very easy to work with, helped me all along the way during this foreclosure process. We had a few setbacks along the way but Sharon stuck with it. Very helpful with obtaining property insurance, all needed inspections for the home, an appraiser, and even financing. Stuck with it and we closed the deal! I would recommend Sharon and her associate Paul on any future deals that I have.
