I was really nervous about buying a house because of all the bad things you hear about. Getting scammed or the agent not really caring about your needs or us as people. This was NOT the case with Sharon. She was professional and fun at the same time. Told us that when we find the house we were going to buy that we would know it and agree on it immediately. Thought that was just something she said that sounds good. Nope, so true. She also referred us to a mortgage broker, and he was great. The only sad part about closing and getting the keys was that meant i would not see Sharon anymore. She came to our big house warning barbecue and we had a blast, like "old times" when she was showing us house after house. It was always a good time. I love my house! Thanks to Sharon!

Sharon helped us find and buy the home of our dreams! We had rather stringent requirements in terms of the exact neighborhood where we wanted to buy a home. Furthermore, we were only interested in recently built or newly built homes. Sharon was proactive, responsive, and focussed. Her local knowledge about the Seattle and Bellevue areas is outstanding. She went out of her way to follow up on some of our requests. For example, Sharon did an exceptional job gathering information on homes which were still under construction, but were yet to be listed. For this, she often went on site and talked to the superintendent to get useful information about the property even before the property came on the market. She even went to the city office on numerous occasions to procure the lot and house layout and plans for unlisted property that was under construction. All this information was enormously helpful to us because when these homes came on the market, we already had all the vital information about these properties, and that allowed us to make quick decisions.As buyers, Sharon always looked out for our interests, and educated us about the home buying process. We really appreciated this as first time buyers. Her feedback and recommendations with respect to home decor, interiors, and design very extremely valuable to us. I'm aware of doing major renovations that do not yield good ROI. I can see how hard-working you are in dealing with clients. You exude patience, respect, understanding, tact, marketing smarts and real concern for clients. Downsizing will be difficult but I am bent on doing this gradually so it won't be too overwhelming. We are truly decided on selling our home, hopefully by next year. I will surely keep you posted. So she had to handle everything pretty on her own with us not being able to see a lot of what Seattle and surrounding areas had to offer.
