Sharon Smith

Having grown up in Rochester, Minnesota watching my grandmother and my parents drawing their own house plans, building homes and selling them, the real estate business was a natural for me. At the age of 27, I obtained my real estate license and started my career in real estate. I sold in Rochester for several years, obtained my broker's license and owned and operated Smith Real Estate. I was very successful in the residential market. About this time, the condo conversion business started up in the Minneapolis area and I saw that area of real estate very exciting and progressive so I moved to the Minneapolis area. There I became very involved in the condo conversion business and also continued to sell residential real estate.
