Sharon has been my realtor for many years now. She understand the customer's needs and expectations. When walking through the houses, I could trust her to be my other set of eyes and point out things that I could have otherwise missed. I was a first time home buyer and needed a lot of hand holding. I had lots of questions and Sharon was patient, answered them all. She gave me open and honest feedback on the homes I looked at without being overbearing. She attended the closing with me and there were problems with the lender and she stepped in and helped get it worked out so I could close that day. She's awesome! Sharon was an excellent and professional Realtor. I sincerely appreciate everything she did to make the entire process quick, efficient, and easy. I called her after seeing a house she had listed and with very short notice (twice within a weekend even) she was able to get me in to take a look. She was accommodating with her schedule and while we were looking at the house she was full of information and did not spend time focusing on silly things like some realtors tend to do. We had a very tight timeline in which to sell our home and move into another. Sharon handled not only selling our home for what we wanted but finding us another home that we could get into almost immediately. She set up both closings to be done in our home on the same morning, took care of all the paperwork we needed to review and sign - just a pleasant experience in such a chaotic time. Sharon was wonderful. She presented my house very well in a sophisticated video with excellent pictures that she took. I had many interested in my house. I got an offer by the very first person who saw it on day one of being listed. During the closing period, my husband and I went out of the country, someone broke into my house and broke the door down. Sharon was notified by the police because her sign was in the yard. She came right over, called my brother, got in touch with us (though I felt helpless being in Spain), and contacted her handyman to make the repairs right away. She handled everything as if it was her own home. I highly recommend Sharon and would use her again.
