Professionalism and exemplary are two words that describe Sharonda's work ethic, and they are understatements. She is absolutely exceptional when it comes to negotiating. I never had to worry about the seller not holding up their end of the bargain because of Sharonda. Even for a first time home-buyer like myself, who did not know all the ins and outs of the home buying process, she took the time to explain every detail no matter how many times she had to go over it. It was unbeknownst to me that Sharonda lived miles outside of Atlanta.
