Being a first time buyer I was very indecisive on a lot of things. I had a lot of must haves with a very competitive price range being that at the time of purchase was a sellers market. However my Relator Shartay Simpson was very patient with me and really had my best interest. She was very positive at all times and did not give up on finding my perfect starter home. She was very knowledgable about the market and all of the areas that I was searching for a home. She is the best and I couldn't have asked for a better Relator. Even at closing she was by my side and made sure I understood every document that I signed. She is a true definition of an awesome Relator and she was truly working for the best interest of her client which would be me and not herself.

My agent was Shartay Simpson and her help in finding us a home, and service throughout the whole process was phenomenal. We were moving from Illinois to Texas and it was difficult to view the homes. Shartay went out of her way to make videos of homes we wanted to see and had them available the next day. Her knowledge and experience in her field made our transition a positive one. Her suggestions were spot on and helped us save money during our closing because she was able to negotiate the concessions we wanted and prices we could afford to get the home we wanted. When we had questions, she was there, and sometimes our questions were definitely past business hours, but she was always available or quick to respond to our messages. A few times when things seemed like it was never going to happen, she was there with positive words of encouragement, and was able to explain in detail the things we didn't understand about the real estate process. In the end I don't feel like we were sold a home, but more like we developed a business and personal relationship with someone who looked out for our best interest. I would recommend Shartay Simpson to anyone looking to purchase a home, and am glad she was there for us.

Throughout the entire process we felt that Shartay was more concerned about us being happy with the home we purchased more than anything else. When she would show us a house she would look at it with an objective view, thinking about how we would like. She pointed out things in houses that we didn't notice and could potentially be a problem in the future.We have recommended her to several people already, including my brother and his wife. Above it all, we also feel that not only did we have an extremely positive experience with a world class agent, but we have also gained a wonderful new friend!

My realtor was Shartay Simpson and I only have 4 words to say really. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Well I guess that's 5 words, but honestly she is he most kindest, most patient buyers realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I probably have called her more times in the past 3 to 4 months than she has been called from people trying to sell you things lol. She knows the realtor process backwards and forwards and absolutely gets you the best deal and the most bang for your buck out of the deal. Even though we had our own list of homes that we interested in, Shartay was able to find us the perfect home that met all of our requirements very quickly.
