- Shaun helped me buy a home
Shaun was amazing, always made time when I came down and would put together a variety to show me to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs, he also would suggest a better offer to make and show me what other properties had justmsold for to,make sure my offer was fair but not over paying. He was very patient but did suggest on several that 8f I wanted that one, I might have to move quickly as it was was priced very fair and might move quickly, others he said were overpriced for the market and if I wanted that one, he helped me figure out a good offer but not offensive to,the seller, we found the perfect home for me at a very fair price . I have given his name to several others thinking of moving here

- Helped move and find perfect homeI had a limited amount of time to look at property in the area. Shawn asked me several questions about what I was looking for in the way of a home. In a short amount of time, he researched properties that fit my requirements. He shared the information about numerous properties and made suggestions for other properties that I might want to considered. He showed me many properties and answered all my questions about the different properties
- Helped find a new homeShaun was very helpful and flexible during our search for a home. With only 10 days to work with he found us an affordable home in a beautiful neighborhood. He did ALL of the leg work made phone calls and even spent his weekends searching and scheduling viewings for us.Shaun had a answer for every concern I had and if he didn't have the answer immediately he got the information requested.I would highly recommend him over and over. Thanks again Shaun
