Great agent always on top of everything and goes above and beyond and very professional. He even met up on a Sunday evening to show a home while making his date wait. He calls daily to go over things that need to get done. When things aren't done correctly, he does it himself or makes sure someone is following it up. He emails daily or as many times needed to answer all questions.

He used a professional photographer, my home looked like a magazine shoot. Shaun responded to my inquiries with promptness, often within 30 seconds. I did not talk to an assistant. Full disclosure- Shaun was my friend before he was my realtor. I'd known him for a year or so before I started seriously thinking about becoming a home owner. Now my property is generating income and the whole process could not have been more pleasant, and this I attribute 100% to Shaun's professionalism, dedication to his clients, honesty, tenacity, and responsiveness. Shaun was awesome. We are a military family living overseas and bought a home without ever seeing it prior to moving.
