Shauna Pendleton

Shauna is a great agent. She listened carefully to each detail of what I was looking for in a home and worked really hard to deliver everything I asked for. Including staying within the schools in the school district I wanted to stay in.

Shauna was a great help with our buying and selling of our homes. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I am so thankful to have met her and not only do I have a great real estate agent; if I ever need one again, I have a new friend!

We loved working with Shauna when looking for our home, she was a great resource and helped us every step of the way. We were new to Maple Valley and her knowledge of the area was a huge plus.

Shauna was great in helping my wife and I move into our first home together. Super easy to work with, very responsive in answering any questions we had or at least getting us in touch with someone to get those questions answered. We moved pretty quickly on the home and there were plenty of bumps (and of course the paperwork, oh the paperwork) along the way, but Shauna worked with us through the whole process and made it work.

It was pleasure working with Shauna Pendleton throughout the whole process of house purchasing. When other bankers wouldn't help us get a mortgage due to poor credit score, Shauna was the only one who made it happen in counted days. Thank you, Shauna for your help and being always available when we needed your help
