Looking for a house in a seller's market is really difficult. I had a budget and price in mind but also wanted certain things like a pool and large yard. Shaunda helped me find a house central to everything with a large yard and pool within my budget. When the inspection turned up issues, she also negotiated concessions and thankfully the closing went smoothly. Working with an experienced professional made the process much less stressful. We are enjoying our new home and will use Shaundas services again in the future.
