My family and I were looking sell our less than appealing house in 2016 to move into a larger single family home. The Basford team stuck by us during the sale of our old home all while helping us find a nice new beautiful house. To my surprise, as I refer to as a miracle, The Basford's were able to help us sell our old home and find us a new one within just days apart right before Christmas 2016! It was amazing and my family and I still can't get over it even to this day. This team is made up of incredible individuals determined to make their clients happy and comfortable all while taking away any worries that might be in the air. My boyfriend and I were renting and were told we had until the end of the year to be out so they could demo and rebuild. We were given 8 months. We didnt know what to do! We were not planning on buying a house until another few years, we didnt know where to go. Eric was very patient with us, he gave us wonderful homeowner education that made buying a house not so scary and even possible! Right away Eric scheduled showings for us and was so flexible with our work schedules. He listened to all the things we wanted, what we liked and what we didnt.
