Considering the age and uniqueness of my home, I was concerned about many bumps in the road, but the process of selling and relocating to a new home with the Hartmann team was seamless. Shawn and his team are extremely knowledgeable in what they do, professional, and have the ability to keep you at ease during the entire process. They are available for questions at any time and deal with all the small stuff behind the scenes so you, as the client, can focus on the bigger items. I would highly recommend the Hartmann team!
I interviewed 5 agents before choosing Shawn Hartmann and The Hartmann Team to sell my house. I am 100% sure I made the right choice. Here are 3 reasons why:1. Results. My home, which needed significant updates and repair, ended up selling for an amount and within a timeframe that I was very satisfied with. And this occurred during a very bad market for sellers (2008).2. Leadership. Shawn H. and his team put in the hours and did a tremendous amount of work to first get the house ready, and then aggressively show it and market it. One of the many open houses they conducted ultimately led to finding the right buyer. I should mention that this house had been my parents and I live out of state. Since I couldnt be there, Shawn H. directed traffic and put in the effort required. He oversaw the repairs and other home improvements, appropriately staged the house for photographs and showings, and did all kinds of other favors for me. He and his team were always responsive and timely, and schedules did not slip.3. Knowledge. Shawn H. has a great deal of expertise in selling homes, and he especially understood the style of house and neighborhood. He had great ideas and gave me tips that I would have never thought of. We had numerous intelligent discussions about where and how to spend money to improve the house in order to speed up the sale and get the best overall net return. Each of his team members contributed in different ways according to their expertise. Everyone always incorporated my input too. Feedback from showings was at my finger tips and I was able to adjust my strategy along the way.In summary Shawn Hartmann, and The Hartmann Team demonstrated to me that they are true to their word, and they get results by having great people and smart systems in place. I will recommend them to everyone. The other agents I had interviewed spent time pitching their agencys credentials and their own personal successes, but they were not able to convince me that they understood my specific needs and objectives.
