My wife and I needed to purchase a condo for our daughter. We spent a little time on line researching and reached out to Shawn. We were unsure how we would be successful with such little time to dedicate to this process and how to reach our goal once we returned home. Shawn was organized, professional, knowledgeable, and went over and above what most realtors would do to help a client. In the end we settled from Virginia and the process was seamless. I would recommend Shawn to anyone in need of a professional. I only wish he worked in Virginia.

As first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better agent than Shawn. In addition to the known stress of buying a home, my wife and I were living in two separate cities and were limited in terms of when we could actually meet with him to see listings. He was not only very accommodating to our schedule, but also was quick to figure out our "style" of neighborhood and helped us realize what features of a house were important to us. He was not afraid to offer his input while still adhering to our wishlist. Once we found a home we liked, he was with us every step of the way from putting in the offer to negotiating home inspection repairs and closing costs. He even helped us find painters and a handyman after we finally closed on the house. He was very prompt and thorough with e mailing documents back and forth to us (again, living two different cities). We genuinely enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Best I've ever worked with....started off as a stranger and turned into our friend. He helped my wife and I look at many types of homes and was patient with us throughout the whole process. Eventually, he helped us find the perfect place for us in the perfect location. He guided us and was there physically through every step of the process.
