My husband and I were buyers from out of state looking online for a realtor. We called a couple of realtors who didn't answer our calls. We came across Shawn at Eagle Realty who answered our call on the first try. That was important to us. We wanted an agent who would be there for us, and Shawn was, through the whole process. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and we were very impressed with his no pressure personality. As were from out of the area , Shawn gave us information from real estate to fun things to do and see. Shawn found a beautiful home for us which met all of our wants and needs. From our personal experience we would highly recommend Shawn for your real estate needs.

He was really knowledgeable not only about real estate and its laws, but also with the whole loan process. It was a new construction and they literally finished completing the house two weeks ago. They were insisting that I have a really expensive termite treatment done for $1600 but he told me that it was not required. I was running really late on the loans and so he sat for three and a half hours and did all the research and things that I didnt have to do. So I didnt have to do all that and it saved me $1600. He definitely went above and beyond. I will absolutely use him again in the future.
