For the purchase, Shawn backed up our negotiations with cold-hard data and comparables to ensure the sellers knew that we were "in the know" of the market and got a fair price. He also oversaw the completion of work by contractors prior to the closing. We quickly relaxed once we saw Shawn in action with contractors in a friendly-but-firm demeanor that gained their respect and made sure the work was done "right" even on a tight time-table.
