I can not express how crushingly disappointed we are with Shawna. We worked with her for over a year on buying a house. In the beginning she was great but as time went on we came to realize she likes the fun part, not the hard part. Anytime we asked her to negotiate something for us she either tried to talk us out of what we wanted or failed to deliver. She brought us TWO lenders that failed us also. One completely disappeared a month before closing and the other one had some shady, illegal activity. Shawna made a deal with us to cover our rent for one month because of the situation her lenders put us in. 48 hours before closing she changed her tune and found a convenient loophole to not pay even though we had been told it was more about her not wanting to pay the taxes. Now we may lose the house we have been building for 5 months. In the end if you have a quick and easy transaction and want rainbows and sunshine shes your girl. If you need someone to work for YOU & be true to their word I suggest looking elsewhere.

We couldnt be happier with the work Shawna has done for us. We have been working towards find the home for us to buy. Through her hard work with the owner we were able to find the home we want to buy. And now are in position to complete the buying process before the year ends. Honestly we were worried we would have to move and she devised a plan that worked for the owner and us. Thank You!!
