If you're looking for a realtor who is easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, responds quickly to any type of question and thoroughly explains questions from big to small call Shawna and her team. I came across Shawna on Zillow and she answered a question on a home I was interested in . She continued to follow up with me and I appreciated her passion and knowledge on the area I was looking in so continued to work with her. She made buying so easy and had a contact for every part of the process that were all class acts . I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the suburbs

As a first time buyer I had a million questions and was on the fence for picking an agent randomly online . But Shawna followed up consistently and continually gave me information that I wasn’t even thinking of that I decided to work with her . She made looking at homes easy with my schedule and was never pushy, just wanted me to be happy with the home I selected . She helped show me the value of the home compared to others and had great recourses for inspectors, attorneys, lenders, and even people to repair a few things the sellers wouldn’t .
