Shawne has been so awesome to work with! He has been on the long haul with us for over a year through the crazy housing market (it is almost bittersweet that we found a home - lol). Our first meeting with Shawne was actually at a house we won the offer war for, but the sellers backed out on us half way through, but he kept reassuring us something better would come up, and of course it did! I worked extensively with Shawne on the selling of my current home as well. He was quick to answer everything I asked, and was reassuring to us on all aspects of the selling process and we just knew everything would work out. From the first instance as I I described above, he sold our house within 6 hours. Because our sellers backed out on us, as well as us having another baby, we had to wait out the market and try again little further down the road, low and behold he was able to get our home sold again within a day when we listed! Whether buying or selling, Shawne knows all of the ins and outs of the process and makes you feel comfortable, and his professionalism and reassurance is top notch. His comedic relief makes you feel like you’ve known him your whole life, less stressed about the process, provides an avenue of relatability.
