We met Sheena in July of 2019 as we began the process of searching for our next home. Our needs and wants changed almost on a monthly basis. She was on top of things from the beginning. After a quick conversation of what I was looking for in a home. She sent homes to me while on the phone and had scheduled for us to see them within days! Sheenas typical response time to emails, texts or calls was under 30 minutes-regardless of how big or small the question or concern was. She made sure to give us the plain talk explanation for complicated or technical issues so that we were educated and informed every step of the way- striking the perfect balance of advising, guiding, and letting us make decisions independently. This was especially helpful as she guided us through the mounds of paperwork (which we completed electronically in an incredibly easy and streamlined way). Sheena was professional and knowledgeable about every house we wanted to look at. She was there to answer all our questions at any time of the day and if she did not know the answer she found out immediately. We worked with Sheena for almost 4 months and she was able to help us get into our dream house.
