It is with great pleasure to write this review about Shelly Sidhu. After purchasing 3 previous houses I thought I knew what to expect when working with a realtor ....well I was wrong. Shelly Sidhu has so out performed my 3 previous realtors. She responded to every text and email messages without my having to call her to ask her if she received them. She responded promptly!!!! Shelly worked very closely with me to find the exact house that I was looking for. She noted all the little things that I wanted and what I didnt like. For example white cabinets (didnt like) and a gas oven (wanted) and in walking distance to my daughters house or 10 minutes away max by car. Shelly would say this house has cabinets you would like they arent white but no gas oven even though this house was in the area I was looking. One of my must haves was a gas oven. So bypassing those houses that didnt have a gas oven was a time saver. Also trying to find a house within walking distance to my daughters house sounds like a huge challengeand yet we found one!! Shelly made numerous calls to work with the other realtor to ensure that we could see the house first and make an offer. We got the house!I cannot write enough praise for Shelly Sidhu because you would have to work with her yourself to see how professional and compassionate she is about working with her clients. I highly recommend Sunny and Shelly Sidhu and would recommend the Sidhu Team to all my family and friends
