We recently worked with Sheila to both sell our house, and to find a new home. Both experiences were fantastic. After going on about a dozen showings with another realtor, my wife and I were starting to get discouraged and were considering holding off on our search. We decided to make a change and reached out to Sheila. The FIRST house she found for us was perfect, and we shortly had an offer get accepted and moved in a few weeks later. As sellers, our experience was just as positive. She had our listing under contract in less than a week, and she went above and beyond to get us through a few hurtles that came up during the closing process.
